Fredrik has experience in a wide range of transactional commercial real estate matters, including advising a number of investor clients and pension funds on landlord and tenant matters, estate management, acquisitions and sales of commercial real estate. He also advises corporate occupiers and assists on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

Supporting your ambitions

Fredrik has recently advised a landlord investor on the acquisition, redevelopment and re-organisation of a large retail park which involved resolving problematic title issues, internal reorganisation of the occupiers, together with several complex conditional pre-letting agreements on a retail park. This required taking a commercial and time sensitive approach in order to assist the client to positively develop the asset in a hostile retail environment.
