The contracts required to develop a new construction project are necessary to deliver the completed project, but they are not the parties’ prime objective. Iain understands that his clients’ focus is on their end goal and he tailors his advice to suit. Working with a client, Iain helps meet a project’s objectives, identifying legal risks early and addressing those risks to maximise the benefit of advice given. Iain has worked in solicitors’ firms, small start-ups and large corporates and he combines his experience with his clients’ to address key legal risks and opportunities together.
