What can I do for you

Kristyna specialises in advising insurers and their insured clients on commercial crime & fidelity, directors & officers and professional indemnity matters. Kristyna is regularly instructed to defend claims against a broad range of professionals, including; solicitors, financial advisers, insurance brokers, architects, engineers and surveyors. Kristyna also frequently advises insurers on complex policy and coverage issues.

Supporting your ambitions

Kristyna’s experience, gained during the rotations on her training contract with Mills & Reeve, has broadened her expertise to include providing non-contentious advice to corporate clients, including advising on W&I and other Transactional Liability insurance and risk areas in M&A transactions. For example, Kristyna recently advised a global broker on its acquisition of numerous MGA businesses, advising on Binding Authorities, TOBAs and risk transfer and client money provisions. The client having received this advice was then able to make an informed decision on the acquisition and put in place the necessary protections in relation to the issues that were identified.
