She was recently successful in defending a claim in undue influence brought against her client and is also involved in advising the family of a person who lacks capacity in respect of a statutory Will in the Court of Protection.

Lucinda was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). She supports mental health charities in their work and is a trustee of a local landowning charity.
