Matthew is a Senior Associate in our Birmingham team and a Family Law specialist. Although taking primarily midlands based work Matthew takes cases from across the country and works as part of our national team.
Matthew deals with all family law enquiries and has particular interest in helping add value for clients by exploring the options and providing clear, understandable advice. His work ranges from Cohabitation Agreements for non-married couples and Pre-Nuptial Agreements for marrying couples, through to Financial Remedies cases and Children Arrangements with elements of internal or international relocation.

Matthew aims to add cost-effective value for you at every step of the process and adopts a pragmatic approach to litigation and conflict resolution. He was part of the team which won Resolution's Firm of the Year in 2025.
Matthew is well known in the legal community and sits on various committees including West Midlands Resolution and the Birmingham law Society - Family Law Committee.
