Paul is the head of the Leeds corporate team and has been part of the Yorkshire deals market for over 20 years. Paul specialises in buying and selling businesses for a range of clients, including international, AIM listed and privately owned businesses. Paul uses his experience, connections and Mills & Reeve’s resources to help his clients achieve their goals.

Supporting your ambitions

Paul helped one of his clients to complete a total of 37 acquisitions in 2017/18, ranging from £200,000 to £90 million in value. Mills & Reeve’s deep sector expertise and full service offering helped streamline the process and ensure the acquisitions were completed on time and on budget.
