Her experience includes working for a wide range of UK and international clients including institutional investors, private equity funds, developers and large family offices.

Sarah works closely with her clients to understand their business and deliver transactions effectively according to their objectives and needs.
In November 2020, Sarah jointly led with Charles Staveley on the £96m acquisition of Cambridge Retail Park by RPMI Railpen – the largest Cambridge investment transaction of 2020. Matt Howard (head of property asset management, RPMI Railpen), said: “Thank you Charles, Sarah and Dom for your hard work and late nights. Your tenacity, quality of advice and negotiation skills were outstanding on this deal.” The deal was completed in 6 weeks despite the Covid pandemic and second lockdown.

Sarah is an active member of the Investment Property Forum. The organisation's mission is to enhance the understanding and efficiency of property as an investment, including public, private, debt, equity and derivatives, for its members and other interested parties, including government.
