Learning and development

We strive to bring out the best in our people so learning and development is a key area of focus for the firm.

People learn in different ways so absolutely everyone in the firm can access resources, support and development based on their individual needs – whether that’s presentation skills or a career development conversation. We offer a range of support including formal courses, mentoring, coaching, e-learning, action learning sets and videos on topics like sleep and stress.

As well as structured programmes of training for all areas of the business, the L&D team provides informal training and support on-demand. This may be a five-minute chat ahead of an important client meeting, rehearsing a presentation or informally coaching someone facing a difficult conversation.

On top of this, we’re always trying out new ways of promoting learning, such as through our Innovation Weeks. We also offer support during times of transition, stepping into a new role or leadership position and when people are returning to work after maternity and paternity leave.
