To celebrate our colleagues, while supporting our commitment to creating positive outcomes for people and planet, this year we've dedicated a tree to every newly qualified solicitor through our partnerships with Make it Wild and the Small Woods Association.
The trees have been shared across both projects, supporting woodland creation and restoration, helping nature recover and creating richer, more resilient habitats across the UK.
Jessica Wilkes-Ball, head of sustainability and net zero at Mills & Reeve, commented: "As our newly qualified colleagues start an exciting new chapter in their careers, it feels particularly fitting to recognise their achievement in a way that will have a lasting impact.
