Our corporate team has advised specialist cyber security advisory firm Chaleit Holdings plc on its £11.2 million AIM IPO and related £2.1 million fundraising. Admission to trading and first day of dealings took place on 7 October 2026.

Founded in Cambridge, Chaleit is an international cyber security advisory firm specialising in penetration testing, offensive security, AI and language model security, cloud security, cyber resilience and governance advisory services. The business has established operations and clients across the UK, United States, Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

The Mills & Reeve team was led by corporate partner Emma Plaxton, who commented: “We are delighted to have advised Chaleit on its AIM IPO. Admission marks an important milestone in the company's development and provides a platform to support its future growth ambitions. We look forward to seeing the company continue to execute on its strategy as it enters an exciting new chapter as an AIM company.”

Representatives from Chaleit attended a ceremony at the London Stock Exchange at 4pm on 7 October 2026 to ring the market's closing bell, marking the company's admission to AIM.
