Employees are confident in our future as we retain Investors in People platinum status

We've retained our Investors in People (IiP) platinum accreditation – a standard achieved by only 8% of assessed organisations.

IiP highlighted that collaboration remains a key strength, with people at all levels supported to grow, pursue their career ambitions and deliver the best outcome for clients. Trust in the executive team remains strong, with 97% confident in the firm's ambitious strategy and 95% agreeing they share its values and see them reflected in day-to-day working.

Client and employee feedback has been central to our progress. Our Fearless Feedback survey continues to capture client insight regularly, while the latest staff survey shows that 97% of employees would recommend Mills & Reeve as a good place to work.
