We've advised on the sale of TFP Fertility to US private equity investor

Our corporate team have advised on the sale of leading international fertility services provider, TFP Fertility, to a US private equity investor.

The Oxford-based company, which has a network of clinics across the UK and Poland, was acquired for an undisclosed sum by Amulet Capital.

The transaction represents a significant milestone for TFP Fertility and its management team as the business enters its next phase of growth under new ownership.

The Mills & Reeve team was led by Paul Krivosic, supported by Kim Lindsay-Smith and Abbie Miller, who worked closely with colleagues across the M&R Global network. This included: Burness Paull in Scotland, where the team was led by Steven McKinlay and Matthew Henson; Carson McDowell in Northern Ireland (Neasa Quigley and Helena Park); VBK in the Netherlands, where the team was led by Maaike Kamps and Jelle Bruinsma; and DZP in Poland (Marcin Kulinski, Sylwia Kuca and Daria Dudek).

Paul Krivosic, corporate partner at Mills & Reeve, commented:

“The TFP deal reflects the continued strength of investor interest in the UK healthcare and life sciences sector, in particular the fertility market, as well as the growing international nature of complex corporate transactions.

“The TFP sale highlights the strength and versatility of the M&R Global network; it was a real collaborative effort with Burness Paull, Carson McDowell, VBK and DZP, as well as the wider advisory team, to deliver a seamless cross border outcome.”

He added: “We were delighted to support TFP Fertility and its management team on this important milestone in the company’s ongoing growth journey and we look forward to seeing the company continue to thrive under new ownership.”

Other sell side advisers on the deal included Linklaters and Rothschild & Co, with Keystone Law acting for TFP Fertility’s management team.
