Abigail is an associate solicitor advising on construction and engineering projects and issues. She supports construction and engineering projects by drafting, negotiating and completing the necessary contracts.

Abigail has significant experience in drafting, negotiating and completing complex construction contracts, including building contracts, development agreements, framework agreements and consultant appointments. She has considerable experience in JCT and NFDC, as well as NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contracts.

Supporting your ambitions

Abigail has acted for all parties involved in construction projects, enabling her to develop a strong understanding of common issues faced and how to balance risk allocation across the project lifecycle.

She has also advised on projects involving modern methods of construction, including the use of offsite manufacturing and modular construction.

Abigail has a strong interest in the use of technology to improve efficiency and supports the use of innovative tools and processes in the delivery of legal services.
