What can I do for you

Alex is an experienced corporate lawyer advising private and public companies, large international groups, owner-managed mid-market businesses and entrepreneurs across all industry sectors. He specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments into the UK, reorganisations and general corporate governance.

Alex enjoys a strong reputation with his clients for his energy, strong project management skills, teamwork and, above all, a commercial and pragmatic approach. His approach has helped many very well known businesses successfully navigate through the complexities of cross-border buy and build acquisition projects, company sales and large-scale re-organisations.
