What can I do for you

Alex has 20 years' experience advising private and public companies, large international groups, owner-managed mid-market businesses and HNW individuals. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, investments into the UK, reorganisations and governance. Alex has a particular focus on the food and beverage, media, healthcare, technology and real estate development sectors. 

Supporting your ambitions

Alex displays energy, strong project management skills, teamwork and, above all, a commercial and pragmatic approach. His approach has helped clients such as Archant, Midwich plc, CT Capital, Groupe Pilote, Groupe IDEC, Egis and many others successfully navigate through the complexities of large-scale re-organisations, AIM listings, and significant strategic acquisitions and disposals. 

Similarly, Alex regularly acts for family shareholders in selling businesses which may well have been in the family for generations and never loses sight of the emotional as well as business and legal issues which are often at stake.
