One of Anna’s most enjoyable highlights is advising upon a number large scale mixed-use development (mostly consented for 5,000+ homes, together with schools, commercial and employment areas). Her work involves disposals of serviced parcels with innovative payment structures, working closely with landowners and master developers to ensure a finite balance between security of income, quality of long term development and place-making, as well as ambitious delivery of housing. It requires close coordination with a number of the client’s other consultants, as well as solicitors advising for a third party lender, to achieve deals acceptable to all parties.

What else should you know
Anna takes a keen interest in housing policy. She is has been part of the charity committee for our Norwich office, which coordinates support for a local charity each year. In 2017, she was part of a group to sleep overnight in a car park to raise awareness (and sponsorship) for the homeless.
