What can I do for you

Beth is an Associate in the firm’s Regulatory and Public Law Disputes team. She advises Integrated Care Boards and NHS Trusts on a wide range of health and welfare matters arising in the Court of Protection, and has further experience representing NHS Trusts in judicial review proceedings.

Supporting your ambitions

Beth's expertise in the Mental Capacity Act, coupled with her practical and client-focused approach, enables her to deliver sound and effective advice. She works closely with clients to navigate difficult and sensitive issues, helping them achieve positive and proportionate outcomes.
