What can I do for you

Bushra is an associate in our insurance disputes (professional indemnity) team.

She acts for insurers and insureds in resolving and defending professional negligence claims, with experience in claims brought against solicitors, insurance brokers, surveyors, property and construction professionals. She also advises on policy coverage issues, and has experience assisting on a variety of other commercial disputes, including those which are high value, complex and/or have a cross-border element.
