Chloe is an associate in our commercial real estate team and advises clients on a variety of real estate transactions; with a particular focus on investment portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters.

Chloe regularly assists with drafting tailored advice and legal documents for a variety of clients, ranging from educational institutions, commercial entities and institutional investors.

Chloe’s recent experience includes:

  • Acting for Trinity College on a broad range of property management matters at Cambridge Science Park and Dunsfold Park.
  • Acting for Trinity Hall College in connection with the ongoing management of its Cambridge office portfolio
  • Being a member of the client team involved in the portfolio management work for Railways Pension Fund, covering a range of asset classes including office and retail
  • Acting for Kadans Science Partner on its recent acquisition of The Science Quadrant, a multi-let phase at Abingdon Science Park
  • Acting for an institutional investor on its acquisition of a large multi-let retail park
