Chris's legal expertise has helped clients secure discontinuance of unmeritorious claims without putting those clients to the cost and time of a full blown trial. In other instances Chris has worked together with the client to pursue their litigation to that final hearing, striking the claim out and securing the return of the costs incurred. In a regulatory context Chris's advice and assistance in dealing with large-scale police investigation of fatal accidents has enabled senior managers to co-operate with those enquiries where in their interests to do so but see no further action taken against them at conclusion.
