Christabel is an associate in the construction and engineering team with over seven years' experience advising on transactional construction matters. She acts for developers, landowners, contractors and other project participants on the full suite of construction documentation, including appointments, warranties, novation agreements, variation agreements and building contracts.
A key area of Christabel's practice is the preparation and negotiation of bespoke schedules of amendment to JCT Design and Build Contracts and JCT Intermediate Building Contracts. She has successfully completed numerous building contracts on residential, commercial and regeneration projects, helping clients manage risk while maintaining project momentum.
Christabel is experienced in supporting projects from inception to completion and works closely with project teams to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions. She also has significant experience managing the execution and completion of construction documentation using digital signing platforms such as DocuSign.
