Chris has worked together with St John's College Cambridge to secure full occupancy of the Maurice Wilkes Building a new grade "A" office development on the St John’s Innovation Park which occupies a prime position in the Northern Cluster of Cambridge.
Chris has acted for Railway Pension Nominees Limited on the development and pre-letting of the first phase of High Wycombe X, an industrial and logistics facility which was shortlisted for 'Deal of the Year – 50,000 to 100,000 sq ft' at the Industrial Agents Society Awards.
