What else should you know

Prior to specialising in inquests, mental health and mental capacity matters, Claire had 5 years of experience representing NHS Trusts in clinical negligence claims, including defending a matter to the Court of Appeal. She also speaks fluent French, having studied law for a year at a French university as part of her degree.
