What can I do for you

Claire is a commercial litigator who provides clients with comprehensive legal support across a broad commercial practice including both High Court and County Court litigation, pre-action support and alternative dispute resolution. She is experienced in handling complex disclosure, commercial and regulatory claims, and contractual disputes (including shareholder disputes).

In addition to her general commercial work, Claire specialises in financial services and corporate white collar crime investigations, including self-reporting issues, internal investigations and regulatory enforcement proceedings. Claire also has experience in fraud related work including prevention, detection and recovery of misappropriated assets.
