What can I do for you
Elizabeth advises a range of private clients, from land owners to entrepreneurs and trustees, on estate planning and asset protection with a particular focus on inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and post-death planning.
Supporting your ambitions
Advising an international couple who had recently exited their business on tax and succession issues, including co-ordinating foreign legal advice and advising on capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning options, on a tight time-frame due to health issues.
Advising a landed estate held through a number of trusts on an inter-generational transition. Working collaboratively with other professionals, we have reorganised the settlements in line with the family's wishes, including bringing a trust onshore and terminating several trusts, taken steps to improve inheritance tax reliefs and achieved a more streamlined structure for the next generation.
