What can I do for you

Fiona is a commercial partner specialising in complex, strategic contracts and supply chain arrangements. She advises businesses operating in fast-moving environments with expertise in particular in food, beverage & leisure, manufacturing, logistics, consumer and retail and technology sectors.

Fiona supports clients across the full lifecycle of commercial relationships from structuring and negotiating key supply and distribution agreements and outsourcing arrangements through to optimising and standardising existing contract frameworks. She is known for her pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, helping businesses navigate contractual challenges without over-engineering solutions.

Before returning to private practice, Fiona spent a number of years in-house as European General Counsel at IMI Precision Engineering Plc where she also sat on the European executive board. That experience gives her a distinctive understanding of how legal advice needs to land in practice and the unique pressures that in-house teams face every day.

Supporting your ambitions

Fiona is highly regarded by clients for providing straightforward, commercially focused legal advice and ensuring that supply and contractual arrangements are structured to deliver their business objectives. She is trusted by clients to assess proposed contracts in the context of their commercial priorities, appropriate risk matrix and governance framework.

She led the negotiation of a complex, long-term, cross-jurisdictional Transitional Services Agreement, leveraging her expertise in outsourcing, business separation, supply chain and strategic commercial arrangements. Working with a multinational team across multiple jurisdictions Fiona played an integral role in the transaction, managing a multinational team with commercial focus and financial rigour to ensure the agreement delivered the protections and operational clarity the deal required.
