What can I do for you

Kate has a broad insurance litigation experience specialising in property damage related claims including coverage disputes, recoveries, and defending liability claims against insureds arising out of fires, floods and escape of water. She also frequently advises clients on Business Interruption claims, and in relation to complaints made to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Kate also has professional indemnity experience.
