Katherine supports our corporate lawyers by developing legal know-how and delivering training. She works with our lawyers on complex corporate law issues and provides company law insights to keep our corporate lawyers at the forefront of new legal developments. Her company law knowledge and experience is used to help our lawyers and clients find pragmatic solutions to legal problems.

Her knowledge of key legislation for companies including the Companies Act 2006, the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015, the National Security and Investment Act 2021 and the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 helps our corporate lawyers deliver the best possible service to their clients.
