What can I do for you

Lindsey supports the work of our large team of employment lawyers, providing training to our junior lawyers and making sure our lawyers remain up to date on current law. Lindsey also has responsibility for ensuring Mills & Reeve's standard employment documents remain up to date and are in line with best practice. Lindsey works with other practice areas to update the employment aspects of their standard documents.

Supporting your ambitions

Lindsey helps to share the latest legal news with our clients, by helping to draft training materials and by contributing to the Mills & Reeve blog.

Lindsey has a particular interest in equality issues and has previously worked with clients to develop their diversity strategies.
