What can Lindsey do for you?

Lindsey is an employment lawyer. She works in partnership with national and international businesses, across a range of sectors, to develop strategic and commercial solutions to labour law matters. Lindsey advises on issues including discrimination and equality matters, whistleblowing, employment litigation, corporate restructures, redundancies and the management of high risk exits.

Supporting your ambitions

One of Lindsey's significant highlights involved advising a listed business on the employment aspects of a £26.5m business sale. Lindsey's work involved drafting the employment provisions of the sale contract and coordinating overseas employment law advice.

Lindsey has also recently advised clients on sensitive employee complaints, including allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment. She has worked with clients on investigating these complaints and has helped clients tackle these issues sensitively and appropriately.

What do others say?

Lindsey has been described as providing a  "fresh perspective" and clients have described her advice as "really valuable" and "solutions focused."

Lindsey regularly speaks at firm events on employment law matters. She has provided training to clients on a broad range of topics, including dismissal, equal pay, gender pay reporting, disability, discrimination, flexible working practices and settlement agreements.

What else should you know?

Lindsey's approach has been shaped by her experience working for a large London law firm in the heart of the city, working for a listed brand as an in-house employment counsel and working with some great businesses at Mills & Reeve.

Lindsey has a particular interest in equality issues and has worked with clients to develop their diversity strategies.
