Peter is a corporate lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience and is a partner in the venture capital and investment team. His practice ranges from venture capital investment and public/private fundraising across a diverse range of sectors through to M&A and joint ventures, in particular in the renewable energy sector.
He has particular expertise in tax-advantaged investments and funds, including venture capital trust (VCT), enterprise investment scheme (EIS), seed enterprise investment scheme (SEIS) and business property relief work, and acts for a number of leading investment managers in that market.

His recent career highlights include acting for the likes of Foresight Group and Mercia Ventures on their investment deployment programmes and seeing both them and their respective portfolio companies successfully grow over the years.
