Rachel qualified in September 2015 and is a principal associate in our private client team. She helps clients with their estate planning, especially preserving wealth for future generations. Rachel advises clients on their wills, tax, succession planning, lifetime giving, lasting powers of attorney and philanthropy. Rachel is experienced in complex trust matters and advising trustees. She also spends a small portion of her time advising on domestic probate cases and administration of estates.
Supporting your ambitions
Rachel works closely with clients to build long term and trusting relationships. Rachel regularly advises multiple generations of the same family to help to achieve an overall plan for the family wealth.
Recently, Rachel has advised a number of clients on restructuring their affairs, whether this has been following the sale of the family business, assets being gifted down the generations or reviewing and amending sometimes complex trust structures.
Rachel aims to support individuals and families to manage their succession planning in a tax efficient and efficient and protective way, whilst ensuring their own needs and wishes are met.
