She has particular expertise in collaborations, licensing and the range of commercial agreements required to help her clients achieve their strategic objectives. Samantha combines her legal expertise with a strong scientific and technical background, holding a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge, as well as significant in-house experience, including serving as Head of Legal at a VC-backed graphene electronics company.
