What can I do for you

Sarah helps clients in all areas of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, new build acquisitions, pre-emption agreements, mortgages and disposals for tax planning, in particular acting for international clients for the same, as well as pursuant to settlement of matrimonial/separation proceedings.

Sarah also advises on adverse possession and first registration applications. She represents a wide range of clients, helping high net worth individuals, investors, landed estates, private individuals, trustees and executors.

Sarah has considerable experience of advising clients in relation to Building Safety Act issues.

Supporting your ambitions

Sarah's expertise is in assisting clients with complex disposals and acquisitions, the latter often including advice on complex titles, planning/listed building breaches, pre-emption agreements and conditional contracts, as well as funding arrangements for the same.

Sarah also specialises in advising a wide range of clients on Building Safety Act issues.
