What can I do for you

Sophie is primarily instructed by Integrated Care Boards and NHS Trusts, advising on a range of healthcare matters and specialising in Court of Protection applications. She has worked with clients on deprivation of liberty matters, including Re X applications, challenges to deprivation of liberty safeguards (s21A proceedings), and health and welfare best interests cases.
