While recent focus has been on legislation with the commencement of the Procurement Act 2023 in February, there has continued to be a stream of interesting and helpful procurement cases coming through the courts. The Act comes into force on 24 February 2025, and by today, we expect that all government guidance and templates will have been issued and that the central digital platform will have been made available for testing.
