His commercial litigation practice includes complex contract and shareholder disputes.
His estate, trust and will disputes practice includes: probate claims, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the construction and rectification of wills and trusts, breach of trust claims and removal claims. Many of his cases in this area have international elements.
He also helps clients to resolve reputation management issues and acted for the successful applicants in Parris v Ajayi [2021] EWHC 285 (QB) in which the Court struck out a malicious falsehood claim in the employment context.
