Supporting your ambitions
Nick recently assisted a client with a performance management process for one of its senior members of staff which ultimately led to the termination of the individual's employment. The process involved a number of complex practical issues which Nick was able to help the client to navigate safely and successfully.
Recently, Nick has had a number of favourable outcomes in the Employment Tribunal, including a successful defence of a claim for unfair dismissal made against a University.
Additional Information
Outside of the office, Nick continues to support his favourite football team, Tottenham Hotspur (even though he sometimes regrets his choice of team!).
