Supporting your ambitions

Advising exiting business owners on the transfer of company shares into a trust structure prior to the sale of the business thus securing the maximum amount possible into a protected trust structure. This enables the clients to retain control of the capital assets within the Trust as Trustees for the benefit of their family/beneficiaries in the future until such time as the beneficiaries are in a position to receive the capital into their personal estates.

Advising clients on modern family set ups with step children, adopted children, surrogacy etc and how best to protect the family within their Wills.
