Hatti is an associate in the employment team supporting a wide range of commercial clients navigate a variety of employment issues. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures, preparing and negotiating settlement agreements, day to day HR support, assisting in managing exits, addressing ad hoc queries, and supporting employers with grievance, disciplinary and redundancy processes.
Hatti’s work also includes assisting employers in defending employment tribunal claims and providing corporate support advice for the sale and purchases of businesses.
