Supporting your ambitions
Having previously worked in-house for an independent sector organisation, Molly knows the importance of receiving responsive, to the point, informed advice.
In 2016, Molly successfully defended judicial review proceedings brought against an NHS Foundation Trust’s hospital mangers’ decision to discharge a patient from detention under the Mental Health Act in the high profile case of South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust v The Hospital Mangers of St George’s Hospital. She also regularly appears in the Court of Protection on behalf of CCG's in relation to challenges against an individual's deprivation of liberty.
