Louise is an Associate in the firm’s corporate team in Norwich. She works with clients on various types of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of shares or assets, management buy-outs and buy-ins, group reorganisations, private equity investments and joint ventures as well as advising on general corporate governance matters.

As part of the leading corporate and commercial team in the region, Louise has worked on a wide variety of corporate transactions across a broad range of sectors covering entrepreneurs and small owner-managed businesses through to multimillion-pound transactions. She appreciates that each client is different and that it is key to understand what motivates her clients, how their business operates and to tailor her advice to the bespoke needs of each client.
