- Supporting Goya/Hillwood across a range of sites within their portfolio in the south east – from acquisition through development, and all landlord and tenant advice - including pre-lets. A key highlight has been advising on the full lifecycle of their prime logistics hub in High Wycombe, from acquisition through to disposal.
- Advising a global real estate investment, development and management firm on the refinancing of five industrial and logistics facilities located in the northern logistics corridor of England and undertaking all asset management across this portfolio together with a portfolio of three multi-let estates.
- Advising on the investment acquisition and subsequent disposal of 12 Waxlow Road, Park Royal, London. The single-let, large-scale industrial asset was sold to GLP for £48 million.
- Adviser to Frontier Agriculture on all aspects of its national property portfolio, with recent work including the grant of a 20-year lease of its key operational site in Braintree, Essex.
- Played a leading role in the acquisition and development of the Four Ashes Business Park which created around 1 million sq. ft of logistics and advanced manufacturing space including: site assembly, off site agreements, the forward funding development and sale of Plot 2 to First Panattoni.
