Acting for a master developer on disposals of parcels for both single family and multi-family build to rent across several of their sites in Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire. This involves development funding agreements, a full construction suite and land disposal suite.
Advising a local authority in respect of a funding agreement for the redevelopment of a significant heritage site in Manchester to provide 250 build to rent apartments.
Acting for a major UK pension fund on the forward funding of a mixed us development in Brighton which comprised build to rent units, student accommodation, offices and other facilities.
Advising a developer in connection with the redevelopment of a mixed residential and commercial development, comprising a mixture of build to rent and private apartments.
