Mills & Reeve donates £12,000 to foodbanks across the UK

Mills & Reeve has donated £12,000 to foodbanks across the UK in lieu of sending Christmas cards.

The firm donates to worthy causes each year and the trustees of the charitable trust felt it was important to focus attention on reducing food poverty.

Justin Ripman, senior partner said: "Food poverty has, sadly, become an even greater issue as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and those suffering from it face particular challenges over the Christmas period.

"We decided, therefore, to make donations to foodbanks local to our six offices. We know our staff feel this is an important issue that we support in 2021."
