The Mills & Reeve Charity Challenge 2017

On Friday 2 June, 100 members of staff from our regional offices headed up to the Lake District to take part in our annual Charity Challenge to raise money for our chosen charity for this year, Dogs for Good.

The challenge was a multi-activity, orienteering event where teams competed through walking, canoeing, raft building and cliff jumping to become our Charity Challenge Champions. Each orienteering checkpoint is allocated points - with scores graded on location difficulty. Teams were tasked with collecting as many points as possible in the available time with serious penalties for lateness.

Dogs for Good trains dogs to support people with physical disabilities, learning difficulties and a range of conditions including autism and dementia. The dogs offer life transforming companionship, bringing practical help and greater independence to the people they support.

The money raised will go towards the selection and training of a puppy as well as general funds to enable Dogs for Good to create more exceptional partnerships between people and specially trained dogs so please be as generous as possible.
