Alasdair is a senior associate specialising in commercial and technology law. He is experienced in technology and IT, data protection and GDPR compliance, and intellectual property law.
Alasdair advises on a range of commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating outsourcing arrangements, software licensing, master services agreements, framework agreements, call-off contracts and other commercial contracts, and terms and conditions. He supports clients in both the private and public sector.
