Bee works with a very broad range of clients across the public and private sector to enable them to use share plans and incentives to help motivate their employees, directors and consultants, drive growth and achieve their commercial objectives in a tax efficient way.
Supporting your ambitions
Bee’s wide experience of working with clients across multiple sectors, markets and countries gives her insight into the broader practical issues (as well as the detailed tax issues) that can affect any organisation implementing share incentive arrangements. Her breadth of experience also makes her an ideal project manager for more complex cross-border share plans. She’s detail-orientated but believes in open, clear communication, avoiding jargon and drafting in plain English wherever possible.
