What can I do for you

Camilla is an Associate specialising in both employment and pensions law. Her work includes advising on a wide range of employment issues, from day to day HR support, addressing ad hoc queries, drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures, to assisting employers to navigate grievances, disciplinary processes and employment tribunal claims. A portion of her work also includes providing both pensions and employment corporate support advice, assisting with the application and implications of TUPE and the employment and pensions aspects of the sale and purchase of businesses. Camilla particularly enjoys drafting pension scheme deeds to help schemes set out a logical and clear picture of what has happened in relation to the scheme and when.

Camilla spent a year studying a masters in German Law for Foreign Lawyers at the University of Saarland.
