She acts for both landlords and tenants in collective enfranchisement (freehold acquisition) claims and lease extensions of flats, enfranchisement and lease extensions of leasehold houses, right to manage claims and rights of first refusal. Cerys also has extensive experience in dealing with licences to alter, deeds of variation, deeds of covenant and deeds of surrender and re-grant to merge multiple leases.
Supporting clients' ambitions
Cerys understands that the area of Leasehold Enfranchisement can very often be overwhelming. She uses her experience to provide her clients with pragmatic and clear advice to put them at ease and guides them through each stage of the process. As Cerys has acted, and continues to act, for both landlords and tenants, she is in a unique position that enables her to adopt a 'commercial' approach when providing advice.
