What can I do for you

Francesca specialises in employment law and mainly advises employers nationally in the health and care and commercial sectors. She advises on a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including defending Employment Tribunal claims, providing corporate support advice, drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements and advising on grievance and disciplinary processes and TUPE queries.

Francesca provides clear, concise and pragmatic advice in order to help clients achieve what they want to achieve with minimal risk. She is responsive and pro-active in driving matters forward to also help achieve the desired outcome in the earliest possible timeframe.

What else should you know

Francesca is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association. She has written articles for the firm’s website and wider publication and assists with delivering training sessions for clients remotely and in person.

Francesca also enjoys going to the gym, running, yoga, baking and travelling.
