Holly is a solicitor based in our Manchester office who specialises in real estate disputes. Holly advises clients on a variety of issues including lease provisions for both commercial and residential landlord and tenants; trespass and boundary disputes; possession claims; and with the service of statutory and other notices for clients with large leasehold portfolios.

- Preparation and service of notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, break and other notices for various clients with large leasehold portfolios, including educational institutions and commercial clients, a chain of pharmacies and a nationwide firm of estate agents.
- Acting for a university in connection with a multi-million pound service charge dispute with its landlord.
- Advising a variety of clients on lease provisions, including service charges and rent review mechanisms.

Holly is the head of the Manchester office social committee and enjoys organising and attending various social events throughout the year, particularly the Christmas party. Outside of work she enjoys yoga and has helped organise a weekly lunchtime yoga class in the Manchester office.
